Theresa is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with eight years experience working collaboratively with individuals, groups and couples. She believes life’s challenges can be an opportunity for healing and profound growth. She offers a safe space to show up exactly as you are and supports you in who you want to become. She draws on her decade of experience teaching yoga and practising meditation to offer a holistic, body-centred approach. Theresa also draws on cognitive behavioural (CBT), person-centred and solution-focused (SFT) evidence-based practises.
